All devices are accepted strictly at "Owner's Risk." nanofix is not responsible for the following conditions:

1. Inherent & Hidden Defects: We are not liable for pre-existing internal issues, logic board failures, or hidden physical/liquid damage that may worsen or manifest during the diagnostic or repair process.
2. Component Degradation: We are not responsible for natural wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or damage to weak parts (e.g., brittle plastic clips, worn buttons, aging batteries, or peeling screen coatings).
3. Data Loss & Personal Valuables: Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before handing over the device. We are not liable for any loss of data, photos, software, or settings. Additionally, remove all external valuables like SIM cards, MicroSD cards, phone cases, and screen guards before submission.
4. Repair Success: While we use professional diagnostic and repair techniques, a 100% successful repair is not guaranteed, especially for devices with severe liquid or impact damage.
5. Prior Repairs: Customers must notify us of any prior repair attempts by third-party centers. We are not liable for complications arising from unoriginal parts or poorly executed previous repairs.
6. Liability Cap: In the unforeseen event that a device is lost or severely damaged due to our negligence while in our facility, our maximum liability is capped at INR 2,000 or the estimated current market value of the device, whichever is lower. This must be reported within 24 hours of device collection.
7. Unclaimed Devices: Any device not collected within 30 days from the date of repair completion notification will be discarded or sold to recover repair and storage costs.

8. Description of Service : nanofix provides on-demand doorstep mobile device pickup, repair, and delivery services. By scheduling a booking through our website, you agree to comply with these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user or reject specific devices (e.g., completely crushed devices, counterfeit models, or unhygienic hardware).
9. User Accounts and Bookings : Users must provide accurate personal, contact, and device specification information. All bookings are subject to acceptance and availability within our designated service zones.
10. Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled pickup window without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a nominal inspection/visiting fee.

12. Free Shipping : Free shipping is applicable on orders above Rs.499 within 2 KM. Delivery charges are applicable on orders beyond 2 KM.
